This Privacy Policy describes how WRTune (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

1.2. Router & Network Data
To function as an OpenWRT dashboard, the App requires access to your local network and specific information about your router, including but not limited to:
- Router IP address and Hostname
- System metrics (CPU load, Memory usage, Traffic data)
- Connected client details (MAC addresses, IP addresses, Hostnames)
This data is processed locally on your device and directly communicated between your mobile device and your router. We do not upload this data to any external cloud servers.
1.3. Usage Data & Analytics
We may use third-party services such as Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage data and crash reports. This helps us improve the stability and performance of the App. This data may include:
- Device model and operating system version
- App version
- Crash logs and interaction metrics
1.4. Local Storage
We use local storage (e.g., SharedPreferences) on your device to store:
- Router authentication credentials (encrypted/secured where possible by the OS)
- App preferences (e.g., Theme settings, Router IP lists)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service: enabling you to manage and monitor your OpenWRT router.
- To detect and prevent technical issues: using crash reports to fix bugs.
- To improve user experience: analyzing usage trends to enhance features.

The security of your data is important to us. Your router credentials are stored locally on your device. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
